Our Small Group Coaching sessions are tailored to your individual abilty to ensure you get the most out of each session. Our program is specifically designed to make exercising something that gets you results AND you enjoy!

SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY

Results can be hard to come by on your own. We work with you on a one to one level to ensure you hit your goals! We will be supporting you every step of the way and together we will make sure you feel amazing!

TAILORED NUTRITION PLANNING

We will teach you our simplified nutrition plan which will mean you can get amazing results with your fitness goals whilst still enjoying the foods you like! (Yes, it is possible!)

How long does the program last?

The program spans 8 weeks. Each week includes a combination of tailored workouts, nutritional advice, and ongoing support to keep you on track throughout your transformation journey.

What fitness levels are suitable for the program?

The program is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced individuals. Our trainers will tailor workouts to meet your individual needs and help you progress at a pace that suits you.

What time do the sessions run?

We have a flexible calendar where you are able to book slots that suit you best each week. We have sessions at 7am, 9:15am, 12:30pm, 6pm and 7pm. We also have sessions on Saturdays at 8am, 9am and 10am.

What happens at the end of the program?

At the conclusion of the program, we celebrate your achievements! You'll have the opportunity to reflect on your progress, set new goals, and decide on the next steps for your fitness journey. Many participants choose to continue with our ongoing programs to maintain and build upon their results.

Where do the sessions take place?

We run our sessions in three locations: Southgate, Palmers Green and Online via zoom. Our Southgate and Palmers Green locations are only a few minutes walk from both train/tube stations.

How many times a week do I need to train?

We understand everyone has different time available to them, therefore we offer different options for the Transformation to ensure we cater to all. We have options for 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week. W

How much is the program?

We offer several options within the Transformation Program, catering to various goals, abilities, and budgets. During the initial call, we provide personalised advice on the most suitable membership based on individual needs. A popular choice for many is our 2-session-per-week Transformation Program, priced at just £268 for the entire 8-week program.

I have an injury; can I still participate in the program?

In many cases, absolutely! We have numerous members who train with us, each dealing with various injuries. To ensure a personalised approach, we limit each session to only 6 people, allowing us to tailor the workout to individual needs. We strongly recommend reaching out to one of our coaches before you begin, as this allows us to gain a better understanding of your injury and devise a customised plan moving forward.
